Media Frenzy Global and Arlington Research Survey 

Company communications is vital, even more so during the pandemic. We joined our partner research agency, Arlington Research, in a study of 2500 U.S. consumers on their opinions on how brands should communicate during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our data found that just under a third (31%) worry that businesses that have gone quiet during the pandemic are in financial trouble.

Katie Kern, partner of Media Frenzy Global and one who frequently speaks on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) shared her thoughts on the complexity surrounding brands taking a stand at this time.

Brands without a diverse culture "should use this time to listen, learn and work on their internal and external race relations," Kern says. "The revolution will not be branded. This is a people's movement."
