Hello {"ANONYMIZED":"2023-04-26"},

November and December are the months when businesses start evaluating health insurance for the open enrollment period. It's wise to reassess the markets and make sure you have the right coverage for your needs! But what about insuring your company's data?

With the rise of ransomware attacks over the last few years, insurers are pulling back their coverage offerings, leaving many businesses holding the bag.

There are two things you should do before the end of the year: #1 Reach out to your insurance carrier to ensure you have a policy to keep your business afloat if the unthinkable happens to your data. #2 Contact VNET for the latest cybersecurity support, so you don't have to rely on that insurance. You'll be glad you did!

2021 VNET Polar Plunge Team

The VNET team was privileged to take part in the annual Polar Plunge benefitting the Special Olympics Pennsylvania.

After a year off due to COVID-19, it was great to see everyone back, braving the cold temperatures for a good cause.

One of the highlights for us was the inclusion of Olive, a puppy who proudly and patiently sported a mini VNET Polar Plunge team t-shirt.

Thank you to everyone who was involved with the event!

Microsoft 365 Tip

Add Expiry Link and Passwords to Files

If you want to secure and share confidential information with team members, adding an expiry link to your file is useful.

This link allows you to set an expiration date to shared links, giving you peace of mind knowing that your files are even more secure.

You can also add a password to your link when sharing a confidential file, which will be secure for viewing by only specified parties.
