Managing Your Stress in April 

April is National Stress Awareness Month. Being a caregiver for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia can be very challenging. Learning how to manage everyday stress is important for maintaining caregiver wellbeing. How do you know if you are coping or if outside help is needed?

Regardless of whether your loved one with dementia or you, as the caregiver, are from the LGBTQ+ population of older adults, the act of being a caregiver is extremely isolating and stressful.
