Here's hoping you had a fantastic Victoria Day! We were lucky to have such great weather!

 

Have you noticed that Brockville Tourism has put out a Cabin outside of the Railway Tunnel? It will house a stationary tourism ambassador and be multifunctioning. This program launched over the long weekend and it was very successful. The Aquatarium's Mini-Train leaves from this location now as well.

 

We are eager to get our mobile ambassadors trained and out promoting your locations! Please be sure to get your coupon or offers to me as soon as you can so our visitors will stay longer and do more in our beautiful city!

 

It seems with every passing week there are more and more things popping up! This season is going to be a great one! Please don't forget to submit your event info directly to our team through the button below so they can be featured on the events calendar:
I will be working out of office this week attending the Rendezvous Canada Travel Tradeshow. I may be a bit slower to respond than usual. I am scheduled to meet with almost 50 tour operators from all over the globe in the hopes that they will send groups to us in the future. I am honoured to be representing Brockville!

As a hospitality and tourism expert, Loren’s career has been focused in sales & marketing for hotels and destination marketing organizations. He is now Managing Director at Loren Christie Solutions where he works as a project manager, consultant and trainer for a number of destinations and clients including Canada's LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce

Weaving together his 20+ years of lived experience as a queer and trans human, almost a decade of 2SLGBTQIA+ community advocacy experience, and business/HR management education, Tj works to support businesses and organizations in expanding their capacity to meaningfully include and serve 2SLGBTQIA+ folks.
