What Stakeholders Need to Know

November 16-22, 2022

Sarah Laturnus

Tourism Manager

Greetings from Niagara Falls! This week I found myself representing Brockville Tourism at the famed OMCA Marketplace travel trade show! I met with 25 tour operators from all over the province in the hopes of capturing some new, longer stay, tour group business to our city! Lots of these operators have bookings that go into the shoulder and off seasons!

I will be following up in the next week with all the fantastic operators that I met with, to send them the Brockville Tourism stakeholders' info that will entice them into our one of a kind location. If you would like to discuss how to make your business more attractive to tour operators, I am happy to come and chat with you! Please feel free to reach out.

There are so many great things to chat about in this edition! Recently, I received a copy of the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance's blog of the area that was conducted this past August. Congrats to those who were featured!
