Stakeholder Newsletter

Sept 13-20, 2023

Hello Tourism Community,

Hope everyone had a safe and happy return-to-school!

We have been working with influencers in the past few months to reach new audiences on social media and we will be welcoming more in the fall. If you want to learn more about these influencers, check out the details below:

  • Jamar McNeil, radio personality from Toronto and freshwater diver, recently visited for a family trip and diving adventure.
  • Anna Ruck, family influencer from Kingston, recently visited with family for a day trip to the Travelling Bricks and Aquatarium
  • Saadia Ammad, a family influencer from Ottawa, will be visiting for fall fun later this month
  • Mary Marquardt, a style and travel influencer from Ottawa, will be visiting for a romantic fall getaway in October

As mentioned in my last email, the Visitor Centre at 6 Broad Street, will continue to operate 7 days a week till Thanksgiving weekend with slightly shorter hours. Hours will be 10-5 on Saturday and 10-4 every other day.

Wishing everyone a great week!
