In recent months, you may have noticed our dashboard looks familiar, yet different. You aren’t just seeing things … our dashboard has had an update! Meet the Dock, a redesign of our Marketing Automation toolbar. For all intents and purposes, the widgets, reports and experience will remain the same for you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The State of Marketing Automation
 
One of my favorite aspects of connecting clients with Marketing Automation is the joy I feel when they’re introduced to a new channel of automation they can implement. In this edition, I wanted to look back on familiar (or not-so-familiar) ways we and others in the industry use automation to achieve our goals, and yours, by nurturing the outreach, tracking and relationship management components.

Launchpad – Custom Reports:
 
When you’re on the go, diving into granular statistics just won’t do. Our solution is a bird’s-eye view of your major automation programs so you can grab what you need, when you need it. For each of our Marketing Automation clients, we’re rolling out custom reports as a Launchpad tool! If your reports are ready, simply click the spaceship in the corner of your dashboard and select these macro reports from the Plus symbol drop-down.

Sleek, accessible reporting gives you a high-level look at your institution’s automation performance.
 

With monthly and historical reporting, track incremental changes from one period to the next and instantly compare to the whole. Quantifying ROI just got easier.
