This next election is going to the cats. An Atlanta family received a voter registration form for Cody Tims. Problem is, Cody was the family cat who passed away 12 years ago. While Cody was an ideal 4-legged citizen, local officials advised that Cody would not have been permitted to cast a vote without a government issued ID. Read full article here.
