Update 2002 for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is out now

Update 2002 for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager current branch is now available, and we advise all our customers to deploy the update as quickly as possible.


“This update is important because, with the new release, Microsoft is strengthening their cloud-attach, making it easier for all of us to cope with some of the many working-from-home challenges,” says Kent Agerlund, CTGlobal Founder and Principal Consultant. According to Kent Agerlund, the new release will make it easier:

  • for cloud connected customer to handle the VPN and cloud content challenges
  • to raise the number of active clients in your environment
  • to work with critical security patches
  • to enroll new Windows 10 autopilot devices into the organization - even when users are working from home while enrolling devices.

The release includes updates to: Desktop Analytics; site infrastructure; cloud-attached management; real-time, content, client, application management; operating system management; security; updates; reporting; Configuration Manager Console; and Tools.
