Get ready for the first day of school with our Back to School editions of The Weekly Raider. This newsletter will be your one-stop shop for all things Gulliver Prep leading up to, and throughout the school year. In this issue, you'll find information about mandatory health forms (due August 14), our reopening plan, uniforms, and more.

Mandatory Health Forms
Due August 14
It is critical that all health forms are submitted by August 14. If these requirements are not met, your child(ren) will not be permitted to start school on August 20.

Once you are logged on to myGulliver, click the "Health Forms" button. You should have started receiving reminder emails from Magnus Health notifying you that you must take action with your online Student Medical Record (SMR). This email will list any incomplete requirements or any existing requirements that will expire and need to be updated. Emails are sent on a weekly basis and if you have an incomplete or soon-to-expire existing requirement, you will receive reminder emails to ensure health information compliance. When you log in to your SMR, any action needed will be marked with a "To Do" flag.
 

Order Uniforms Online,
Curbside Pickup Available
To prepare for the upcoming school year, families should place their uniform orders online at www.DENNISuniform.com. Due to their stores being closed to foot traffic this Summer, our uniform provider is offering contactless curbside pickup by appointment. Gulliver Prep families will enjoy free shipping and most items are shipped within 36 hours of ordering online. 

Please note that last year's uniforms are approved for wear during the 2020-21 academic year. Click on the button to view Gulliver Prep's dress code requirements.
 
 
Textbooks and Course Lists
For the 2020-21 school year, Gulliver Prep has partnered with TextbookHub, a leading print and digital book provider. Instructions for purchasing instructional materials, including print and digital book bundles, and accessing student course lists will be coming soon.
 
 
Family Directory
A useful tool available via the myGulliver Portal is our Family Directory. Please click on the button to log on to myGulliver and update your directory preferences within the "Directories" button located under "Helpful Links."
 
 
Reopening Plan
Earlier this month, President Cliff Kling shared an updated reopening plan with our community. Our planning for reopening has been dynamic and emerging as the CDC and other authorities provide new information and guidance almost weekly. This plan is an operating framework based on the current guidance and advice of experts, and it will continue to be modified as the guidelines and advice change over the coming weeks. In August, we will share an updated plan with final details. To view our reopening plan as of July 10, click on the button.
 
Class of 2021 Senior Portraits
Due to early publisher deadlines and social distancing guidelines, all seniors are strongly encouraged to schedule their appointment as soon as possible. Please schedule an appointment with our official school photographer, Fox Mar Studios, as soon as possible by clicking on the button or calling 1.866.227.5406 or 305.596.1750.
