SCHOOL NEWS AND UPDATES

A Call for Kindness
Everest Maya-Tudor '21 recently became one of 22 teen leaders from across the country to win the second annual Call for Kindness Competition, sponsored by the Riley’s Way Foundation. The Call for Kindness is a national contest that funds teen-led projects that inspire kindness, strengthen communities, and bring people together. Winners receive up to $3,000 to fund their project which, in Everest's case, is a STEM Hour Program that provides underserved children access to the world of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) through engaging, hands-on learning activities. Fall Sports Update
We are excited to share that the Gulliver Athletic Department will begin the official fall sports season on September 14. The Athletic Department will continue to implement sport-specific protocols to promote the health and safety of all athletics participants. Our coaches have been working safely with our student-athletes through the summer and are prepared to continue and expand these successful protocols and best practices into full practices. For information on start dates and forms, click on the button.

Alumni Assist with Back to School PPE
In preparation for our reopening, we partnered with Gulliver Prep alumni Analisa "Ana" Henriquez Fidanque '86 and Matt Sullivan '88 P '26 '23 '21. Matt and his company CBM conduct nightly cleaning disinfecting services and have placed hand sanitizer dispensers strategically throughout each campus, while Ana and her company Eventology Conceptual Design, LLC. have provided our faculty and staff with customized face masks and face shields. Thank you to both Matt and Ana for helping keep our campuses safe! Click on the button to learn more.

RESOURCES AND REMINDERS

Mandatory Health Forms
It is critical that all health forms are submitted. If these requirements are not met, your child will not be permitted to return to campus when we resume in-person learning. Once you are logged on to myGulliver, click the "Magnus Health Forms" button. When you log in to your Student Medical Record, any action needed will be marked with a "To Do" flag.

Required Daily Health Checks
Prior to coming to campus each day, parents will utilize the AUXS Safety App to complete daily, self-administered health checks. A health check should be completed for each child, each day, before coming to campus. Click on the button for a step-by-step guide to the AUXS Safety App.
