DLWD cut funding to Extended Employment providers by 25%

Recently the legislature passed and the Governor signed a spending bill funding State Government for the 3 month period of July – September 2020. The legislature included full funding for Extended Employment programs (jobs and services for people with disabilities) through the period at the FY 2020 rate. However, the Murphy Administration has seen fit to cut funding to Extended Employment providers by 25% for the same period even though the spending bill included full funding.
