Cross Border Xpress pledges $100 million for expansion plan to include new hotel in Otay Mesa
Given that pace, both the airport and the binational terminal announced major investments this past week to further expand their facilities over the next five years.

EPA administrator visits San Diego to address Tijuana River sewage crisis
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin met with San Diego leaders and got a up-close look at the persistent sewage issues plaguing the U.S.-Mexico border, saying the issue needs to be resolved with "extreme urgency."
